Digital Products & Online Courses Because digital courses (like our Boxing, Kick-Boxing, and Muay Thai courses) and online training plans are instantly accessible, all sales on digital products and online courses are final and non-refundable. Once you purchase and access a digital course, we cannot issue a refund.
Physical Products & Merchandise If you purchased physical gear or merchandise from our e-commerce store, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact condition that you received it.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
